Our Speaker: Dr. William Pasmore, Ph.D.

Bill is a Professor of Practice at Columbia University where he teaches in the masters and doctoral programs in social-organizational psychology and directs the program’s doctoral program. Previously, he held positions as a Senior Vice President at the Center for Creative Leadership, a partner at Oliver Wyman Delta Consulting and a tenured full professor at the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University. As a thought leader in the field of Organization Development, he has published thirty books and numerous articles, including Advanced Consulting, Leading Continuous Change, Braided Organizations, Designing Effective Organizations, and Creating Strategic Change. He is a recipient of the Organization Development Network’s lifetime achievement award.
Currently, his research group is exploring the implications of artificial intelligence for organizational design. His consulting focuses on the C-suite, including coaching, succession planning, team effectiveness, and organization design work with CEOs and Boards. Bill holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering/Industrial Management and a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences, both from Purdue University.
