Workplace Experiences of LGBTQ Leaders

Research suggests that leaders have one of the biggest impacts on employees’ workplace experiences, so studying this topic can greatly help people enjoy their jobs better.  However, within the field, little research has been done specifically on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer (LGBTQ) leaders.  In this presentation, I will discuss the findings of qualitative interviews with LGBTQ leaders and highlight the challenges this population faces as well as the strengths and opportunities they encounter.

A zoom link will be sent to all registrants on the day of the event. If you do not receive the link please email metro.ny.app.psych@gmail.com.
