Our Speaker: Greg Moise, Ph.D.

Greg Moise, Ph.D., is an Organizational Psychologist with over 18 years of experience helping organizations use data and research to solve complex talent challenges. His background spans medical technology research at Northwell Health, external management consulting at E. Rogers Associates, and assessment center work. He has spent the past decade with KPMG LLP, where he leads continuous listening and organizational research—helping leaders address critical talent questions, make data-informed decisions, and measure the effectiveness of talent strategies. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.

In today’s environment—where organizations are navigating new and uncertain territory—the ability to use data and research to inform decisions and learn quickly can be a competitive advantage. This puts I/O psychologists in a position to have outsized impact. In this presentation, I’ll highlight how even simple analyses and pilots can have significant impacts – from establishing a burnout solution to shaping an employee perk decision to surfacing potential AI-related challenges – along with lessons learned on influencing leaders.
